I have been working on the problem with the technical team at My Heritage.
Yes, there is a temporary workaround. Each time you require to upload your project, add the following line to the main.cfg file:
"Publishing","UploadChunkSizeInKB",I,"100"
You can find this file in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\MyHeritage\Cfg
Unfortunatly at present the main.cfg file is overwritten each time you exit the Family Tree so you must add this line each time you need to upload your project.

Also sometimes it does not work!!!
