Hello,

I have been updating my Family tree thanks to the information received from Smart Matches.

It is pretty obvious that there is a connection between our family trees, which is simply fabulous. All we that we were told throughout our childhood was that our family descended from the Dutch and our surname was a French/Dutch name.

I guess the question is - can you confirm that dutch settlers were also in Malaysia at some given point in time.
