leanne kellyhello derek its the same here.As i know nothing much about my fathers side of his family i think its really interesting to see how far back i can go and to see what other families might be conected to mine.as im look up the kelly family from walcha area.i have found my grand father and grand mothers marriage and his birth and death dates .his parents and that they were both born in ireland and married there too before coming to australia. where they had my grand father he was one of 6 kids that i know of at this stage.in my family its just my mum and me who are the only one interested in it.hope i have not bored you to much but i had to tell someone. bye leroy

Derek HanleyHello Leroy, I know Doonside very well. I used to spend a lot of time at Featherdale as I love birds. I can remember walking up from the station and seeing miles and miles of derilict chook farms. Some Pascoes came from Cornwall in the last century. It's possible that you have a family connection to Bob Hawke.

leanne kellyHELLO DEREK martin prist pascoe was born in Cornwall England he is my great,great, great grand father i think i got it right .Doonside is very different this days as its full of houses nothing country about.as my rellies use to say we lived out bush.as it was to far to visit bye for now leroy
