If you’ve invited a Site Member with the wrong email address by mistake and this Member has never visited the Family Site, here is what you should do to re-invite him/her:

Go to your family site and click on: Home > Site Members

Go to the person you want to reinvite and click on More > Remove from site.

Go back and invite the user with the correct E-mail address.
