If you cannot find your family tree, please check the following:
1. What email address did you register with? Are you logged in now?
In order to be recognized as the Site Manager of the site and tree you created, you must log in with your registered email address and password.
2. Where is the email you received when you originally registered?
When you register at MyHeritage.com an email is sent to your Inbox with log in details and a link to your family site. Use this mail if you forgot your log in or need a link to your family site.
3. Did you create your tree in Family Tree Builder or online on your family site?
If you created your tree in Family Tree Builder then you need to open the program again to continue building it. There should be an icon automatically installed on your desktop named “MyHeritage Family Tree Builder”. If you can’t find the desktop icon, open the software from the Start menu. Choose All Programs and MyHeritage.com and select MyHeritage Family Tree Builder.
If you created your family tree online, go to www.myheritage.com and log in. You will be automatically directed to your family site. If you need to see which sites you manage and are a member of mouse over your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select “My Sites”.
