Often, it can be useful to send one email to all the members in a family site you are Site Manager or member of.
If there is a surprise party or important event you would like to remind them about. Or if you are missing a piece of information in your tree and want to ask your site members to help you.
It is very easy to send an email to all or selected members of a family site.
To do so, visit your family site and click on Home > Site Members.
There’s a big green button on the upper right on this page you can use to send emails to your site members.
When you use this page to send an email you can select specific members to send to or you can send to all members.
Make sure to Preview the email before sending!
