Is it possible to pay for the upgrade in monthly payments?

It is currently not possible to pay for your upgrade to Premium or Premium Plus in monthly payments.

We are still trying to determine the best way to implement this issue.

in the meantime, you can ask your Family Site members to chip in, and help you upgrade the Family Site.
