If you are not receiving calendar alerts, the reason could be that you are not associated to an individual in your family tree.
Please associate yourself with your family tree so that we can understand the relationships between you and other individuals in your tree.

If you are associated and you still don’t receive the alerts, please verify that calendar alerts are enabled for your site. To verify this, mouse over your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select “Site Settings”. Then click on “My Preferences”. Make sure the boxes in the “Family Event Reminders” section are checked.
Finally, if all of the above didn’t help, please make sure that the calendar alerts didn’t reach the spam/junk folders in your email account. If they did, please make sure to mark these mails as “not spam”.
