If you are a member of a family site, and you wish to delete your membership of that site, please log into your online account and mouse over your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Select My Sites.

To the right of each site name (of sites that you are a member of) you will see a small X. By clicking on this X you will remove yourself from being a member of that site.
