Why doesn't my online family tree load?

If you click on the Family Tree page and you get the text message “Loading Family Tree…” but nothing happens, you need to download and install Macromedia Flash player.

Computers with Flash installed will show a green tree icon with a grey arrow revolving around it.

To download Flash player, go to Adobe.com to download and then try again.

Visit this link to check which version of Flash is installed on your computer.
