If you recently changed your password at MyHeritage.com, but did not change it in Family Tree Builder, you will receive the error message “Bad Username or Password” when trying to sync your family tree in Family Tree Builder.
In order to remedy this situation, open Family Tree Builder and go to Sync (publishing) > My Sites.
Click on the ‘Sign in as a different member’ link. Enter your email address and new password and click OK.
You will no longer receive the error message and be able to sync your tree.
