What is the quota for a basic account online?

If you are a member of the basic site (a non-paying member), then your total limit of people that you enter is 250 people, and your total limit of storage space is 250 MB. This includes all family trees that you have on the site, whether you made them on the site itself, or in Family Tree Builder and published them to the site afterward.

In order to upgrade your account, open a browser, go to MyHeritage.com and make sure you are logged on. Then go to your Family Site. Once at your site, click on settings > site account. Here you will have the option of upgrading your account.
