If you have problems syncing your tree in Family Tree Builder, please check if you have any network security or communications software running on your computer, or on the network which your computer is a part of. This may include firewalls, proxy servers and/or routers. The presence of such software or hardware may cause problems communicating with MyHeritage unless properly configured.
Try to upgrade to the latest version of Family Tree Builder, through the Tools > Check for updates menu or download it here.
If you continue to receive a sync error, please contact our Support Service and include the following information:
- Your version of Family Tree Builder (Help > About Family Tree Builder)
- Your operating system and anti virus software
- The exact text of the error message
- If possible, a screen shot of the error message
