Family sites at MyHeritage.com are automatically protected with privacy settings that prevent guests from viewing sensitive information about living family members in the family tree, such as first names and email addresses.
In the event that the default privacy settings are not strict enough for you, the steps below will help you make your site and content completely private.
Make your MyHeritage.com profile private
Mouse over your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Select “My Privacy”.

In the “My Member Preferences” section remove the checks from all six boxes.
Save changes.

Remove all checks from the boxes on this page.
If you have more than one family site and you’d like to make them all private, you can check the last box on this page “Apply the above settings to all my family sites”.
Save changes.
