How do I enable cookies in my browser?
To enable cookies in your web browser (Internet Explorer):
- Open an internet browser window.
- Click on ‘Tools’ > ‘Internet Options’ > ‘Privacy’ > ‘Advanced’
- You should see two columns: First Party Cookies and Third Party Cookies.
- If these two columns are greyed out, that is good. Cookies are enabled.
- If they are not grey, please click ‘Accept’ for both columns.
