How do I enable cookies in my browser?

To enable cookies in your web browser:

Internet Explorer:

  1. Open an internet browser window.
  2. Click on ‘Tools’ > ‘Internet Options’ > ‘Privacy’ > ‘Advanced’
  3. You should see two columns: First Party Cookies and Third Party Cookies.
  4. If these two columns are grayed out, that is good. Cookies are enabled.
  5. If they are not gray, please click ‘Accept’ for both columns.

Google Chrome:

  1. Open a Google Chrome window.
  2. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar and select Options.
  3. Go to ‘Under The Hood’ > ‘Content Settings’.
  4. Under ‘Cookies’, make sure that ‘Allow local data to be set’ is checked.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open a Mozilla Firefox window.
  2. Click on the Orange Firefox button at the top left corner of the browser window.
  3. Click on ‘Options’ and choose ‘Option’ again.
  4. Under ‘Privacy’, make sure that it is set that ‘Firefox will: Remember history’ .
