My grandfather, Luis Medina and his wife Consuelo Reyes moved to Rock Island, IL in the 1960s with his 8 children from Ciudad de Mexico,D.F., Mexico. I have hit a dead-end at my grandfather, as no one knows much about him and he's passed away. His wife, Consuelo, has been hit by the curse of old age and remembers little. Does anyone know anything?
