Does anyone have any information on Henry McPherson born 11 Jan 1839 in Scoon Scotland. Married Henrietta Phillips 13 February 1863. Emigrated to NZ. Cannot find anything on these two in Scotland. Any info would be very much appreciated. Both died in Clive, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.

hi i have looked on scotlandspeople and it came

up with nothing at all for both names and the date you have put

but there is stuff on the igi site but that is sometimes wrong

Hi

Thanks, have found their father's names. Both are John and so far no middle name, and it appears quite common, but will keep plugging away.
