Family members get lost when downloading gedcom to FTB

Hi, I have a family tree with 126members and everything works well. I would like to download the tree into FTB to make some changes that cannot be done with the online tool (e.g. marriage between cousins who are both in the tree already). However, when I download the tree and open it with FTB it only shows 91 of the 126 members. How is that possible? What can I do?

Please help! Thank you, Felix

You have probably set the privacy options when you downloaded the gedcom file to exclude living people.  Try setting so that all records are included in the gedcom.

Felix,

How do you load the gedcom from My Heritage to FTB?  I can't seem to find a way to do it at all.  I have some 400 members in my tree.

Felix,

At least you were able to get that far. I have 400 members in my family tree and I still have not been able to figure how to download all the info to FTB. Can anyone help?
