Hello all hope all is well, I am searching for the late Stephen Cross family and wife Sarah Cross, they had 8 children who were baptised in the Parish of Stebbing Essex from 24/10/1819 with daughter Ann , then Alfred, Jane ,Stephen, Henry Edward, Mira, Walter, Elizabeth baptised on the 11/1/1840. I believe that Stephen's father was the late Joseph Cross whose burial date was 26/7/1842 in Dunmow. Would love to find this family. Regards to all.
It is entirely possible that Alfred Cross was my grandfather. My Mothers maiden name was Ava Deane Cross. Her fathers name was Alfred Cross. She was born in Arkansas.
