I am trying to trace the above, my wife's Grandfather. He  was father to HERBERT HENRY SHARP and listed on his birth certificate in 1902 living at BORSTAL, ROCHESTER, KENT

 He was married to a FANNY FOU? and they had several other children, we only know of MABEL and CHARLES

I have no record of him in the 1901 census and I have nobirth or death dates
