Looking for any information on Albert Kamakaeha Manners. He was born in Honolulu, HI on 12 Sept 1895 and died in Honolulu, HI on 2 May 1940. His wife was Rebecca Kolowena Keliiloio (6 Feb 1896 - 21 Jan 1956).
I am particulalrly looking for both birth certificates (A usps mail reply from the HI Health Department, Vital Records Program indicate no records found no records. Maybe an in person request would make a difference?) so that I can obtain some information about their parents.
