I am looking for the parents &/or siblings of Elmer Lee Whitt, b. abt. 1914 - d. abt. 1991.  He is from the Morgan Co. KY area and was married to Dessie Perry.  I think his parents may have been Hays Whitt & Lucy Barker, but am not for sure.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
