Parents Information not coming while exporting the data in excel sheet

Hi, Can any one guide/reply me that when I am going to export the data in excel sheet through "Custom export" all fields are exported e.g name, birth date, marriage date, marriage to, etc but parents information is not exported in excel sheet.
