Michael Fraer's biographical record while imprisoned at Fort Henry - 1838

I need to view this record, so that I can definitively know who his parents were. He was born in 1815 in Onondaga County and took part in the Patriot War in Upper Canada in 1837. He also wrote a petition while in prison. That could be helpful also.
