My grandmother died in Akron in 1929. I have obtained a certified copy of her death certificate, but have a couple questions about it. I'm hoping to find someone who has both enough medical knowledge and historical knowledge to help answer my questions.
Any suggestions as to where I might find such a person?
Do you need an actual doctor to read thru it or somone w/ medical knowledge? I'm curious as to how the historian part fits in. Is it that the disease might have had a different name back then?
