There is a new edition of the 1975 book "Garret Larew: Civil War Soldier," a genealogy of Larews from 17th to 20th century; a large portion is devoted to the Civil War experiences of Garret Larew (1838-1915), based on his diary. The new edition has minor corrections and additions entered by hand.
