Looking for any info on my grandfather,his name is Phillip Tom Moore,his adoptive parents were Tom A. Moore and Philora BHe was adopted sometime around 1916,I was told his name was Matthew or Matthews first or last name is uncertain and maybe someone knows how to go about finding adoption records
