Married Margaret Elizabeth Duncan b. 6 Jun 1915 d. 2 Dec 1996

They had four sons  Ted b. 13 April 1932 d. 24 August 1994  

Herald  (No information)   

Donald  ( No information )  

Norris LeRoy  b. 26 June 1938 d. 14 May 2006 

They lived in Kansas at one. 

Howard had Two brothers and a sister 

Sister - Marie who married a O'Neal, she had a daughter Betty who married  a Kraft they had five children  

Brother - Eldon he was killed as a child by a horse kicked him in the head 

Brother - Thomas Edward  " Eddie " he married and had two boys Gene and Merle
