My great grandfather was killed when he fell from his horsein Algiers when he was about 34.I do not know his name at all.He and my Great grandmother were not married.My mother was pointed out his tomb in Algiers but she was only 8 at that time and doesn't remember his name. He was from a wealthy family so i imagine that his death would have been in the newspaper. He was Swiss- German origin.

Can anybody help? My french is not good enough to research Newspaper archives.
