I am looking for connections to my ancestors who emigrated fromThunstetten, BE. CH  to Baradero, Prov de Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1857.

Any information about Passanger List fron Le Havre, France to Argentina in 1857 /1858 will be apreciated.

Andreas Schär or Jakob Andreas Schär (b. Sept 8th 1836 -Thunstetten) married to Barbara Pauli in 1850´s. 

In 1857 / 1858 they emigrated throu Le Havre, France with 2 sons born in Thunstetten, BE between 1852 and 1854.  Later in Argentina a new son called Albert born in the town of Baradero Argentina in 1857 or 1858. Andreas Schär or Jakob Andreas Schär Parents: Johannes Schär (bapt Thunstetten Dec 19 1778) and Barbara Leuenberger (born in Melchnau, BE) His grandparents: Bendicht Schaer (b.1770) and Elisabeth Wayermann(b. 1861) Brothers & Sisters to Andreas Schär or Jakob Andreas Schär: Anna Barbara (b. 1824), Felix (b. 1826), Felix (b. 1827), Maria (b. 1829), Jakob (b. 1831), Hans Ulrich (b. 1834) Andreas Schär Barbara Pauli Emigrated to Baradero, Prov. de Buenos Aires - Argentina in 1856/1857 with some of Andreas Brothers (i.e. Felix Schaer Rosina Affolter) and some friends (i.e. Samuel Hegi Magdalena Schuerch from Roggwil) They stoped at Carmelo, Uruguay and continued to establish in Baradero next to the Frers Family at the Swiss colony. Later, in 1870 they moved and Founded Bernstadt (Today Roldan) near the city of Rosario at the Porv. of Santa Fe, Argentina. When Barbara Pauli and Samuel Hegi died, Andreas Schär and Magdalena Hegi geb. Schürch married raising 5 children of Samuel´s 1st Matrimony (Anna Kohler), 8 children of Magdalena Schuerch and Samuel Hegi and, 2 of their own (Andreas Schäer Magdalena Schuerch) The 2 children of  Andreas Schäer Magdalena Schuerch are:  Juan Andrés Schaer (b. 1878 - Bernstadt Argentina) and Maria Schaer (b. ? - Bernstadt Argentina) Juan Andres Schaer married Elena Pastels-Hegi (Daughter of Louise Hegi and Josep Pastels) and Grand Daughter of Samuel Hegi and Anna Kohler) They had 2 sons (Juan Jose Schaer and Emilio Pablo Schaer) and 4 daughters (Ana, Rosa, Elena and Amanda) In the 1930's or 40´s the family moved to Buenos Aires. Juan José Schaer was my Grand Father, he married Concepción Abaurrea and had 3 sons: Juan José, Norberto Pablo (my father) and Jorge Horacio. Norberto Pablo Schaer (b. 06/06/1932) married Martha Haydee Daniele (b. 08/25/1933) and had 4 children (Marta, Norberto, Pablo (Me) and Laura. I (Pablo Andres Schaer)(b. 12/20/1964) married Cecilia Cartwright (b. 04/12/1968) We have 2 kids Marcos Schaer (b. 10/11/1995) and Victoria Schaer (b. 09/10/1997) Thanks in advance for any help on this search!

 i am sabrina and the only advice i can give you is to call anybody in svizzerland,... if you know the town it's a big advantage, you can start calling churches, or the town hall, they have registers and surely they may find something...
