Looking for indo regarding Georgea (Lemon) Sheard born Ohio Jan 1852. Married to David U. Sheard born Sept 18, 1851 Indiana. They had a son Joseph born Sept. 1876 Ohio. David's parents were Joseph Sheard born 1815 England died Mar Mar 19, 1892. He was married to Eliza (Thomas) Sheard  born 1909 Franklin County PA, died 1883 Shreve Wayne County Ohio.

Believe that Joseph was my Grandfathers (Lewis Dean) Uncle. Trying to find the Dean connection. Or could be connected to his mother Ada B. (Gibson) Dean. She was full blood Iroquois but I am unable to locate any records for her.

Lewis was living with an Aunt (?) on the 1892 NY State Census. Laura & Charles Mayers. An article from Genesee Cty newspaper showed Charles Divorced Laura (Formerly Laura Dean) in 1901. She had 3 children, Mable Dean, Charles Dean & Laura E. Dean (married name Utzinger) and moved to New Jersey.. Do not know what her "Dean" husbands name was.

 Any help would be appreciated.

Since this post evidence has revealed that there is no relation to Laura Dean. The Lewis mentioned died as a child. But did find a very curious coincidence. Investigating the Lemmon genealogy, I found a Ada B. Gibson married to a Charles E. Lemmon in Ohio in 1881. In 1883 a son was born (no first name on birth record). A second son was born on Jan 22, 1889 named Merle. Coincidence that the mothers name, fathers first name, and exact date of birth matches My grandfathers? Also found a record of an obituary of a son of Charles Lemmon who died in 1898. Sent in a request for a copy of the obituary. My grandfathers brother died around that time. I know my grandfather lived on his own when he was a teenager and became a vaudeville actor when he was 16. Could have changed his name to hide from being sent to an orphange. So now on the hunt for info regarding Charles E. Lemmon. On all records my grandfather always put his fathers name as just "Charles" and never a last name. Everyone assumed it was Dean. On the marriage record of Charles & Ada, Ada put place of birth Unknown. She was said the be full blood Iroquois. Charles put place of birth as Ohio. The Lemmon connection is from Georgian Lemmon married to Joseph Sheard. But don't know how related to Charles.
