Hello Maryland. My name is Gail Kyle Christensen, My Dad was born 1896 In Belfast Ireland , Address was 17 Belgravia Street (Windsor Antrim) My Grandfathers name John Kyle Married Maryjane Kyle.   Chrildren Sharlotte born 1878, Margret 1881, Jane 1883, Lettita 1887, The boys were David 1889, William 1875? fought in the afican war.  , Hebert james 1898, Joseph 1892, Henry1886, John 1880, My Father Fredrick Kyle born 1896. He was in the great war 1. from1914 to 1918. His brother David also was an Ambulance Driver.  My Father went to Canada I think in when he was 25 years old. His Brother Herbert James followed a year later. I think Joseph might of gone First. He was 5 years older then my Dad.  I think my father spent a little over a year The came to the States by ship and landed in a port in Buffalo NY. I'm getting on in years I'll be 72 next month and before I leave this world I want to know more about the Family.  My Grandfather John owned a BAR . Ya think, ha  In 1901 .  His brother Henry Barnes Kyle  was a Letterpress Printer, His Brother Joseph Lewis was a Embroidery Designer. David was a Coachman.  This was in 1911 census.. hI, do you know if they were born in Northern Ireland, as my grandfather had a brother, dont know his name, but it is said that he may have emmigrated to us/ canada.  He must have been born around 1880? My grandfathers name was Samuel Robert Fleck Kyle and his wife was called Isobella.  They moved to England, must be early 1900s.  Its a minefield isnt it?  Good luck with your search.

Hi, part of my research is into the Fleck (sometimes spelled Flack) family of the Dromore area of County Down.
