I am searching for any information on Chapin Leggett. He was born in NY about 1862, and was a traveling insurance salesman. He disappeared around 1900, and was pronounced dead after 7 years, but it was believed he was still alive. If anyone has any ancestors that might be related, I would love to compare notes. Thanks!
