I am looking for information on the parents of Sarah Jane Davenport (born Haygood). She was married to William David (or Davis) Davenport. She died July 14, 1900 and is buried in Sardis Cemetery. The only information I have on her parents are their names: Bill Haygood and Mary Haygood (born either Reed or Redd). I would appreciate any information you may have on them.
Seeking information on Charles Franklin Morris III, son of Ara Dell Morris (nee Smith), born November 1945 or 1946.
I know his father was Charles Franklin Morris Jr.; that Jr. served in the Air Force and died of Polio sometime between 1945 and 1947.
Family (Ara Dell's mother and father, the Smiths) was in Decatur and SW Atlanta (Butner Road) in the late 1960's and early 1970's before moving to Newnan, Georgia. Ara Dell was an identical twin; her sister, Vera Nell, was older than she by three minutes.(Vera Nell's family tree contains the surname Bloodworth, if that is helpful.)
I believe Ara Dell's mother, Renea Smith may have been a nee Walker, but have no validation of this. Her father was Howard Woofard Smith, but I know nothing more of him but that he died in Newnan, Georgia in 1978 of cancer.
