There must be somebody out there that new or knows of my grandmother CELIA HERMAN. I know she was born in Constantinople, Turkey in about 1905. Her father was JACOB HERMAN, but I am not sure where he was from, either Romania or Turkey. She came to England with her mother and had aunts that lived in England, I believe they all lived together in London at first.
