I'm trying to trace my family tree back to Scotland. My Great-Granded was John Dickson Dalgleish, born in Edinburgh around 15th April 1888 and lived at No. 10 Windmill Street? Edinburgh. He married Mildred Mary Webb (from Churchover) on 27th June 1919 in Rugby, Warwickshire. He was then living in Churnside and worked as a tailor. He died on 26th February 1977 at the Cottage Hospital in Lutterworth, At that time he was a retired aircraft factory cleaner and lived at 10 Ellwell Avenue, Dunton Bassett, Lutterworth, Leics.
His parents were Alexander Dalgleish Margaret Hood-Reid Dalgleish (nee Dickson). Alexander was born around 1856 and Margaret was born around 1863. They married on 25th April 1884 in the district of Newington in Edinburgh. Alexander was living in Hutton? Berwick and Margaret lived at Chirnside? Berwick. Alexander was also a tailor. He died on 6th April 1918 at Ninewells Mill, Chirnside. Margaret died on 23rd November 1920 also at Ninewells Mill, Chirnside.
Alexander Dalgleish's parents were Robert Dalgleish and Janet Dalgleish (nee Chisholm) of 2 Kennedy Road. Robert was a Groom.
Margaret's parents were John Dickson and Janet Dickson (nee Hood).

I'm trying to trace my family history - my Great Grandma was Helen Campbell Gow, who I believe was born/lived in Findhorn, her father was Tom Gow and her mother's maiden name was Campbell. If anyone has any information on this family I would be really interested to hear from you!
