Very new to all of this, so sorry if I'm sounding crazy! I'm going backwards on my family tree, getting a few dead ends, or places that other family members trees are filling in my gaps, but I can't find any secondary information to back up the lineage. Can anyone verify the following lineages?
Letty Durham 1744-1843 > William Howard 1816-1856 > Benjamin Howard 1836-? > Nathan Howard ?-? > Bertha Ellen Howard 1886-1930 - I'm also looking for any information on Letty Durham's parents/grandparents/etc.
Lewis Throckmorton Sr. 1745-1798 > Lewis Throckmorton Jr. 1773-1858 > Joseph T. Throckmorton 1820-1891 > Thomas Throckmorton 1864-1927 (finding multiple entries for that could be him, including R. Thomas/Thomas R. and different dates of birth) > Charlotte Alice Throckmorton 1890-1960 > Herbert Harold Stevens 1922-1978
Last lineage is a Stevens name that is sometimes showing as interchangeable with Stephens:
Gilbert Stevens 1759-1852 > Andrew Stevens ?-1860 > Samuel Soloman Stevens 1833-1887 > Jasper Stevens 1873-1939 > Herbert Harold Stevens 1922-1978

I volunteer with a national group (MIAP) which identifies the unclaimed cremains in coroners offices and funeral homes for veterans cremains. Once identified they are interred with the dignity they deserve. Until recently,m it has been relatively easy to locate the Social Security Numbers. Now, webvsites do not list them. HELP! Does anyone know of a source for SSN's?
