I am looking for a man named Francisco L. Porter, from Mexico. He attended Regiopolis Notre Dame in Kingston, Ontario, Canada in 1947-1949 I believe. He was known as "PANCHO". He may have had brothers named "Wallace" and "Alberto" though I am not sure. I also recall a story that his mother may have been an "Ambassador" and from letters I have, it sounds like his father owned a large ranch about 250 km from Mexico City. Also, some of the letters are written on letterhead that says "Colgate". There is a possibility that the surname "Zamanillo" may be linked to him somehow. Can anyone out there help me out??
I am sorry to hear of your father's passing. Did he ever talk of his time spent in Kingston? My mother spoke of him and he was her first love!! After her death we found a box with many many letters from him and pictures of the two of them from the 1940's and early 50's! If you'd like, I could send you some of them? My direct email is firstname.lastname@example.org
