My grandmother's maiden name was Dashnau but previously it was changed from Dagenais. I am looking for other people in this family. I am not sure just when it was changed. The Dashnau's were in USA but I think the name was Dagenais when previous generations were in Canada.
Anyone else have family name changed from Dagenais to Dashnau or similar?
