Theodore Monroe Coburn, 78 LAKE PROVIDENCE - Theodore Monroe Coburn, a grain elevator manager, died May 20, 1999. The funeral is 2 p.m. Saturday at Cox Funeral Home chapel, Lake Providence. Burial is at the Providence Memorial Cemetery, Lake Providence.
I think Walter Benjamin Coburn's parents may be John Coburn Feb 1861, born in Iowa and SadieCoburn Jan 1867 born in Illinois. They had 6 children: Edmond, Jennie, Johnie, Raymond, Ira, and Walter. Not sure if this is the right family, but it is the only listing of Walter Coburn on any census in Oklahoma. [[[[ I have doubts about this. I think his mother was Cynthia]]]]]

His parents are Walter Benjamin Coburn born in OK, and Willie Etta Smith born in OK.
Siblings: Archie, Theodore, Frannie,[[[[[Fannie]]]] and Corbett. Archie served in the military (I have a picture of him in uniform with a woman named May--dark complexion, black burly hair just past her shoulder, significantly taller and broader built than he was--but not fat, he appears rather small.) [[[[ Archie was nicknamed "Shorty" because he was short. He was muscular. He was in Signal Corps of US Army during WWII. After the war he married Beulah. May ? must have been a girl friend]]]]] I have pictures of 2 little boys together in 2 different pictures Bobbie and C.B. [[[[I am the C.B., Bobby is my brother - I would like to see the pictures]]]] I have another picture of Bobbie as a little boy playing with 3 puppies (very light blonde hair.
