My name is Ryan Bowers and I am currently searching for my grandfather on my father's side. He married my grandmother, Ora Lee HAINES in Tennessee. She was born 9 April 1930. He divorced her in March 1957 in Lake, Florida. My father, Richard Lee BOWERS was born 3 June 1953, so their marriage likely happened from 1950-1952. He also had two more children, Robert and Susan BOWERS. He was in the United States Army as well. Have you discoverd anything further about Josiah William Keeble? His first wife, Sophia Gane was the niece of my great grandmother Ann Shaw Gane. She and Josiah were married on the same day and in the same place as my great grandparents.
I found where he married a Lena Place in Victoria in 1891 and they had a daughter, Jessie, in NSW in 1892. I also found a newsaper reference to where and how he died in WA and it gives his age as 45 but I think this may be a bit out. It also says that he 'leaves a wife in the eastern colonies' but doesn't mention a child.
I'm trying to confirm all of the info I have in my family tree.
