Does anyone have a Thomas Maidens in their family tree from Lincolnshire that could fall into the birth years of 1805 -1815.
He migrated to Australia in 1835, but sadly every document done out here has no clues. No parents on death. Conflicting ages on a couple of certificates.
Lincolnshire is the only clue I have (when he did his sons Birth Cert in 1859)
Children :
Anne Elizabeth
Caroline Emma
Thomas Henry
Madeline Theresa
William Robert
* With all my searching I could never even find a Thomas Maidens born in Lincolnshire with parents names similar to the children. (Assumming he even named any after his parents)
Thanks
Marc
PS : Perhaps born in July 1805. But my Aunt who has that date, has no knowledge (or proof) of where she obtained it from

I am trying to see if there are any connections to other Sharps & Naylors in Lincolnshire to the family I have on my tree. I am referring to Harry Arthur Sharp b.1871 in Horncastle, who married Alice Naylor b.1875 from Frampton.
They had at least two children Robert Arthur Sharp b.1900 & Ernest Fred Sharp b.1909 both in Horncastle. Does this family line continue? Not sure after the 1911 census.
Apparently there are are other Sharps & Naylors married in Lincs from West Halton (Scunthorpe area). I am looking for a common connection if anyone has been researching either family. I have been in touch with one person, but as yet haven't found the magic link!
