hi, I have been looking for my grampa's obit. and any other info. about him birth,parents,sibs.. The only info. I know for sure is that his wifes name is Elizabeth they had aprox. between 6 & 9 children. They resided in Bell Island Newfoundland Canada. I am 1 of there grandsons .1 of there children was my father (now deceased ). I have taken all ave.'s that I can poss. think or do I am @ a loss. My health is not good & am looking for info. on my family history. My name is Valerie, my maternal grandmother was born Estelle Vivian Delp, she had 2 sister's, one was born Phyllis Delp, who lived in Mendahm NJ all her married life. I know that my grandmother's other sister was named Pricilla, and she was the oldest of the family. When my grandmother and Aunt Phyllis were young, their mother left with Pricilla and rumored had it they moved to Texas. My Aunt and my grandmother are both gone now, I am assuming with Pricilla being the eldest she too is gone. My mother and her sister Sharon were always curious as to what happend, why their Grandmother left and would only take Pricilla with her. I would love to know too. My name is Stephen Holder, my wife's maiden name was Margaret Slater, her father was Robert James Slater born in Paddington London England 1910. Roberts sister Frances Slater born 1919, married Owen Vincent Tracey in England abt 1940. Owen died in 1941 while flying for the R A F. Frances then emigrated to New Zealand in May 1946 and married Allenby C H Maslin during 1949 in Dunedin Otago N Z. From her marriage to Allenby Maslin there were Christine, Gillian, and Allenby S Maslin. I believe Christine married Darryl Anderson in about 1973, I see there is an Aderson tree in 'MyHeritage' by Timothy Anderson and think it's my wife's family.
