The Genealogy message boards are meant to be a place where you can consult with other members regarding issues about how to document your family history.
Questions like: How do I notate a source in my tree? Does anyone know a good place to search ancestors of Venezuelan origin? Does anyone have information about John Smith, born in Ireland in 1877? belong on this message board.
Questions about using MyHeritage.com or any of our products should be posted on the Support message boards located here or directed to support@myheritage.com.
How do I publish my family tree from Family Tree Builder? How do I invite members to visit my family site? What happens when I get an error message? are questions that belong in the support message boards.

I am writing to complain as I am at my wit's end. I have read the message boards, the FAQ, the User Guide, and I have written directly to the support team for support. Yet, since 12 July 2008 I have not have any response.
My problems are as follows:
When my family tree was relatively small (less than 400 members) and when I was still using the unpaid version of FTB I had no problems at all.
As I was reaching the limit for free membership I decided to upgrade - the upgrade was handled with extreme efficiency, and I looked forward to enhanced capability on my FTB etc. However, this is when my problems started.
I always publish the project at the end of a data capturing session to ensure that the latest information is available to site members and to have a reliable backup. From 12 July 2008 whenever I publish it goes to 99% complete and that is where it stays. After checking the message boards, etc, I reset the publishing settings, but then it goes to 10% with a message "publishing already in progress". I have followed every piece of advice that I could find on the messageboards, to no avail
I then - foolishly - created another site within my main site - now I am unable to delete that site.
I tried deleting my tree - but I always get a message to inform me that the "server timed out" and that I must try again later.
I have gone to a lot of trouble to make my site attractive, to make it complete and to make it come alive with photo albums, family stories etc. I would therefore hate having to abandon this project and start again somewhere else. BUT I am considering that option even though I have paid membership for 2 years in advance.

It gets 100%, but just sits there on 'processing' or updating to site. I've tried to upload for the past couple of days with the same thing happening everytime. The other day I had to go out and left the computer on so the upload could finish and after many hours it was still sitting on 100%, but still 'processing' to site. The only option in the program is to 'Cancel'. The 'finish' button is greyed out and not clickable. This just stays like that for hours, and if I want to close the program or go back to viewing the tree I have to select the 'Cancel' button. If I click 'Cancel' what does this mean?? What data is lost?
I've checked the site and my tree is there, but I'm concerned that some info or data isn't being transfered because it just isn't 'fininshing' a proper upload.
Thing I noticed on the site is this: Usually after an upload the home page has something like: this person has uploaded a new tree.. This isn't there now. Which leads me to think that the tree isn't uploading properly.
For the last few days I have had the program upload the new information and it goes from ) to 99% pretty quick, but the other day I waited almost 30 minutes. Today I made a few changes and its doing it again almost 20 minutes and it hasn't completed the upload, what's going on?

I was doing a across the board search for my dad in research. The software was searching the files and had about 84 items on the screen when all of a sudden I received a virus waring.
I paniced and tried to get out of the program in order to run a virus scan. I was directed to the home page of my AVG which is my paid computer protection package.
Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know if I managed to fix it for my computer has been giving me the message that I'm offline when I know I should be online.
It just happened again while I was ltrying to send this message.

Where did my quick action memo go? After I tryed to print my tree it wasn't on anymore? I'd like to try and add more family to my tree but it won't let me. I can go back farther on it than I am but I can't now since I tryed to print it it won't let me go back any farther. I'd like it to be when I first started it so I can keep adding on. I'm afraid to use that gedcom because I don't want to lose my tree? Please Help.
