Doing my husbands family tree. Need information on his mother's family. She  died when he was 2. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here are the Census records I located for your family.  They are all taken in Battelle, Monongalia, West Virginia         

1900 Census:

Head of household: Henry E Bean birth June 1867; born in West Virginia - Both his parents were born in West Virginia

Arwina Bean born June 1873 in West Virginia; both parents born in West Virginia

Russell D Bean age 4

Jessie L Bean age 2

Also Henry's brother, Robert L Bean age 31 is living with them

1910 Census

Henry with Arwina (mispelled as Armena)

Children:  Russell 14, Jesse 12, Jasper 8 Cora 6 and Henry's brother Robert age 41

1920 Census 

Russell is already gone.  The remaining children are Jesse L age 22, Jasper age 17, Cora G age 16 and Snyde (son) age 10.  Robert is still living with Henry, his age is 51.

 I think Henry died post 1930.

I tried attaching Russell Dee Bean's military drafts for both WWI and WWII but they were to large for inclusion.

Okay...so with the information about Henry and Robert I was ready to find Henry Ellis Bean's parents in the 1870 census.

This is in Paw Paw, Marion, West Virginia

Head of household: Joseph Bean born about 1838 in Virginia

Wife Nancy Jane Bean born 1849 in Virginia

Henry Ellis Bean age 3

Robert L Bean age 1

There is also a male as D Bean age 21 on the record. Probably a brother to Joseph.

Each time I start a search I keep getting a pop/up saying my version of Adobe Reader is out of date and I need to download Version 6 Update 12. I have Version 9!!!

I have followed all instructions, downloaded this version, re/booted, faced the computer North, tapped it, kicked it, spoke soothingly in its ear and I still get this pop/up blocking any further use of the software. I've tried the support section and have heard nothing!!

Can anyone help please?
