My fathers name is Louis Carl Matagora born in Purworedjo Indonesia on May 15th 1922. He had a couple of brothers and two sisters.

I have been trying to find my great grandfather George Andrews for quite some time, the last record of him was in the 1922 census, living in Belfast on Shipbouy Street , but nothing since. He was Married to Elizabeth nee Smyth of Cavan, they married in 1903 and had 5 children, one of them my grandfather David, who never spoke of his father. As far as I know, they always lived in Belfast and attended Roman Catholic church.
George was born about 1886, his father`s name was James Andrews. this is all I know. no death records found.
I would like to know what happened to him, and find my Irish cousins.
Are you still looking for this infiormation? If so, I'd suggest you try to find the church baptism records if they were Catholic. If you can narrow down to the parish for the location on Shipbouy St., then you may be able to find other related records. Also, do you know the names of any of his children? Finding one of them might be a way to learn more. If you search on familysearch.org right now there seems to be a lot of possible records for him and his family.
I looked up Shipbouy St., Belfast on google maps and found St. Mary's nearby which is the oldest Catholic Church in Belfast so they can probably help you. Here is the link to their church website.
Thank you, I understand they attended St Brigid's Catholic Church, my grandfather was christened there, I have tried to contact them, but they don't respond. I will try St Mary's.
Are you still looking for information? There is a Maude E. Bowman (born abt 1886 in Missouri; her father was born in Iowa and her mother was born in Arkansasi) married to Edward G. Bowman (born abt. 1884 in TN; his parents were both born in NC ) on the 1920 US Census living in Oklahoma.
There is a possibility on the 1910 US Census with this family:
