Looking for the decendents of the 3 brothers (Sibilants) fom in Marsialle in France in 1800's. Believe one went to Mauritius, one to South Africa and one went to Australia. Though have heard one may have ended up on St Helene.
I am trying to obtain any information on my husbands mother "Ruth Elizabeth Daly" born 17/09/1925 and died 28/10/2005. Partner John Patrick Court. We believe she was in a previous relationship and may have had another child. We do not have any history on her family at all but believe her mothers name was Elizabeth and her maiden name may have been Shuller??? Ruth had a couple of sisters we believe but cannot locate any information and would be greatful to obtain any information we can to add to the family tree.

Hi
I believe your husbands mother was my grandmothers sister. My grandmother was Olive Griffin. Your mother in laws maiden name was Ruth Schuler. Her mother was florence Myrtle Reid and father was Peter Schuler from Nyngan NSW.
Florence passed away in 1928 after floods, Peter few years later. Family are still doing history and would love more input. My mother is alive and many other family members are alive whom remember Ruth and her children.Ruth had many brothers and sisters. Sadly all deceased now, but lots of relatives alive. I met Ruth when I was very young, she visited our home from Tom Price. We are from Perth, my mums name is Helen.
I have found out quite a bit of information since my original message. Ruth was originally married to James Daly to which she had three boys. We have met one of them as he lives in Sydney and the others he has not seen for a long time and has no idea where they are. I am not sure if she married my husbands father John Patrick Court but we think she did??? She had two boys from the second relationship which one of these men is my husband. We were told she may have had a daughter but are not sure??? The Court's did live in Tom Price so I am assuming they may of met the two sons's from John Court.
I would be glad of any information you are able to assist with. I will look up on the family tree again to see what I can see.I have not been in for a while as I have been very busy.
Hi, I believe that you may be a descendant of one of my great grandfather's siblings. He was from the Orkney islands in Scotland and emigrated to Canada in the late 1800's. A few of his siblings emigrated to Australia about the same time. Sorry to piggyback on the message for Ruth Elizabeth Daly but i was having a hard time contacting you. Please reply at Scotty.7@live.ca - Thanks - Scott Newton
