I am trying to find any information on a Virgil Vernon Seabolt, born 1913 not sure if he was born in Arkansas or Oklahoma. He married Mary Glass in Nicutt Oklahoma in 1936. Their oldest son is Thomas Eugene Seabolt he is my father. I have done Mary Glass family genealogy and now want to start on the Virgil Vernon Seabolt side. I do know they moved to California around 1940 or a little later. I have not been able to find any information on the Seabolt side. Thank you Renae Brown nee Seabolt
I would like to make contact with descendents of John Seabolt who appeared in 1800 census of Lincoln County, NC. He is believed to have died around 1819 in Lincoln County (or what is now Catawba County). His children are believed to be Conrad, Abraham, Peter, Solomon, Mary, Sally (Sarah?) , and Polly. Peter and 2 of the daughters married into the Flowers family. Most of these moved down into Habersham or Hall and then Union or Lumpkin County GA around 1830.
The Seabolts were said to have been Pennsylvania Dutch. I'm very interested in additional information on John and his ancestors and also on descendents of Abraham since I descend from Abraham. I will gladly share what information I have.
