Y-DNA testing has revealed a close match between the descendants of William Rix born Norwich, Norfolk c1802 and Mary Atkins and the descendants of the Rix's who lived in East Rudham in the 1700's. It's believed both are descended from Nicholas Rix of Westfield and Mary Reynolds married Norwich (St. Gregory), Norfolk 13 Sep 1697, however to assist in establishing if this scenario is correct would be useful to know if anyone has any documentation confirming the descendancy of the Rudham Rix's from this pair or if the male Rix descendants of any of the following possible relations of this part of the Rix tree have also had, or interested in having, a Y-DNA test.
