Hi Where was you family from? My Mother was Wilma Richardson, born to Ufra Richardson. My family settled in tn, miss and then down to texas. Are we related?
I looked at the family tree and we are related. My father was Ralph A Richardson Sr, Grandfather was Alexander Preston Richardson, GG grandfather was Preston R Richardson who married Marianna Frances Mock, her parents were George Mock Jr and Mary Wells (who were my GGG grandparents) and George Mock Sr married Selah Boykin Mock (who were my GGGG grandparents).
Was your Preston Richardson born 02 Jun 1803 in Franklin County, Kentucky? If this Preston is the same as yours, then we are related as Preston is my 3rd Great Grand Uncle, older brother to my 3rd Great Grandfather Turner Richardson.
Thanks for your message. I checked my records and Preston R Richardson was born in 1851 in Barnwell Co SC. I don't recognize Turner Richardson. I am still trying to connect my 4th great grandfather to his parents. One contact says David Richardson is his father and the other William G Richardson is. This would connect our line to the 3 brothers who came to America in 1640's.

We are looking for Richardsons who lived near Agusta GA about 1776, and moved to Hickman County TN about 1808. My mother's great grandfather, Terrell Richardson was born about 1804 near Agusta GA. We beleive his father was William Richardson.
